Fleurier SA Drafts Factory (FEF) FEF 400 Fleurier SA's Drafts Factory Figurative mark Manufacture of Swiss movements Jules Jéquier and David-Louis Petitpierre founded a watch manufacturer in the Swiss city of Fleurier, Val de Travers, in 1882. In 1888, Petitpierre left the company and Jéquier and his sons continued it under the name of Jéquier Frères. In 1920, the production of rough structures was outsourced by the creation of the Fabrique d'Ebauches de Fleurier, rue des Moulins. Fleurier Watch Co., founded by Paul Jéquier in 1894, also brought its raw materials department to the FEF. This successful body shop was sold to Ebauches SA in 1932. The former FEF production building on rue des Moulins in Fleurier is now used by Chopard.
